What this service is

Runwayze is software. We are the vendor: you buy the subscription from Ellul Solutions Ltd directly, and there is no third party between us. We introduce you to nobody, we sell your details to nobody, and we take no commission from anyone for anything you do here.

How we are paid

You pay us, and that is the whole of how this business is funded: a monthly subscription to Runwayze Pro, sold to businesses. Nothing on this site is an advertisement we are paid for, no lead is sold, and no figure or recommendation here is influenced by a payroll provider, an accounting firm or a bank.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Runwayze charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Runwayze never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

The free tools

The free tools on this site are provided as working tools for people who run a small startup. Their output is arithmetic on the numbers you enter: the payroll, the burn and the runway are only as right as the salaries, the rates and the cash you typed. They do not replace a payroll provider, a bookkeeper or the bank statement.

No warranty

Nothing on this site is tax, accounting, employment or legal advice. The employer tax rates the calculator cites are the IRS's published rates on the date noted and may change; your payroll provider and your accountant are responsible for what is filed and paid. A runway figure is arithmetic on your inputs, not a forecast, and no decision to hire, cut or raise should rest on it alone.
