What we collect and why

We collect what you type into an enquiry form (your name, your email address, your message) and, if you create an account, your email address and the hires, scenarios and runway records you choose to store. The free calculator computes in your browser and stores nothing unless you save it to an account.

Legal basis and sharing

We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to lead buyers, accounting firms, banks or advertising networks; no hire's salary entered here is sold to anyone. Payment is taken by Stripe, who receive your card details directly; card numbers never touch our servers. If you connect your books, the sync goes to the provider you chose and nowhere else.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@runwayze.com. We respond within one month.
